How to Setup Email Forwarding

1.Login to your webmail control panel by going to http://mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.COM (or.net, org, etc.).

2.On the right hand side of your screen, click the Options button

3.In the middle column titled Mail Handling, click on Email Forwarding

4.It will now go to a page that lets you change the settings –thefirst set of settings, marked 1, allow you to turn email forwardingon and off (Do not forward any messages and Forward all new messagesto the email address(es) below), and the last option lets you havethe email forwarded to another email address, but also still have themail come to your  company's mailbox.

5.Option 2 asks you to enter the email address(es) that you want tohave your mail forwarded to. You can enter one, or if you havemultiple email addresses you can forward your mail to each of them byseparating them with a comma.

6.Once you have your settings how you want them, click save.

7.The next page will be a confirmation that you have changed yousettings, click OK.
